There is noting worse that not knowing what is going on, we promise to keep you up to date with the progress of your repair or order.
No one likes a shock when the bill comes, we promise to agree pricing before we start work, not to add any hidden extras and give you a clear bill that tells you what we did and what it cost.
Get to you quickly and solve the problem fast
A broken computer is different to a broken vacuum cleaner, or microwave, while it inconvenient if it takes a week or to to fix them you can normally manage. If your computer brakes problems can start mounting up fast. No access to your email, home work and course work being delayed or worse completed work trapped on your computer.
We aim to arrange appointments with in two days, if possible fix the computers on the same day.
