Feed Back

We set ourselves very high standards (see our promises), to maintain and improve our standards where necessary. We need to know how we are doing. We actively invite feedback from our customers, we not only want to know what we are doing well, but what we need to improve.

Feedback is useless unless its acted upon and if you are going to take the time to tell us what you think, we feel that it is only right that we take the time to reply to your comments, in detail, picking up points you have made and letting you know what we plan to do about them.
